Refund Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in theoriginal packaging.
  • Areceipt or proof of purchaseis required to complete your return.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being accessed by you, and Merimed may further restrict access to any areas of this Website at any time, at its absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential, and you must maintain their confidentiality.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at:

The following items are non-refundable:

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping

🚫 Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to: (Relevant Address)

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
